    The company I work for has 10(ten) of these bastard trucks, they have been great engines. But to reply to loosing power under load, one of the trucks here had that same issue and it was the injector cups. Put a clear fuel line on the return side out of the head, start the truck, put it in gear (the trucks here are automatics so it make this easier) and stall it on the converter and see if you have air bubbles under engine load.
