Howdy Grant, Didnt see the Flintstone. I talked to the big fella in the workshop and he said you were up Auski way I was there. He said you were doing a duck truck. Have you had any luck getting disc wheel hubs for it ?. Im looking for hubs for my R700 to change over to Alcoa wheels from the spiders. Are going with the duck noise and running an 8V-71 GM ?. Thanks for the reply. This old girl I have picked has a 15 speed fuller trans behind the 400 and 44000 Mack backend. The fella I bought it from assures me it came from the factory in this configuration. Barry

Gidday, I found referance to an R766 model in the R series ops manual in the wiki section last night but cant seem to find any referance to this model anywhere else. R766 had a NTC-400 Cummins. Does anybody know what trans, backend etc this model had if indeed it existed or if so what years it was produced. I havent got my truck home yet and in all the excitement didnt look at what model it is when I saw it last. Its got an NTC 400 in it and im curious wether its original fit. Any help appreciated. Thankyou all for the warm welcome. Its good to see a couple familiar characters here also Monty and Andy. There is certainly a wealth of information on this forum so im definatly in the right place. Next week all being well I will get the old girl home and I can start having a play with a real truck. Certainly a big step ahead from the old Inter 190 thats for sure. Barry
