Thanks for the replies gents! Not a very usable ratio (about 7.1) and the bushings are all shot. Probably cheaper to upgrade than to try to repair this setup.

The frame is in really rough shape actually. Someone has run flat iron trying to stiffen it up, it is a single frame. I thought all the 61 were at least double but not sure. Maybe someone else knows.

Thanks for the quick reply. Is it possible it was original equipment on the truck? Is it something fairly easy to get parts for or has it been obsolete for some time?
