It looks like his real one. We had 54 tires in the yard. It was cool when we got it all done. My dad when we went to pick up his 1st brand new truck. thats the 1st time i have ver seen a tire inflation system. They look like they wont last long. I can see them lines getting caught or ripped off some how. DE is 73,280 for a tri axle MD i (think) is 70,000

why did you put alum wheels on the steer axle only and not the tandems??

My dad had a 1973 reo. I dont know the model but i know it had a 318 detroit and a 13speed. Man that thing was lound and it even had a muffler. He ran that truck up to about 1990. Then he went to peterbuilt

This sounds like a good plan. Today i try to smoke only 1 every 1.5 hrs. It was hard. In the morning i couldnt do it when i was drinking coffee. Thanks every one for the advice. Now i just got to put in the effort. It will be hard cuz i really do enjoy smoking.

My dad has always ran recaps on his tri/axle. But he will only cap his own casings. He only caps his casing 1 time and that is it. He never has any problems at all. After the casing has been caped the 1 time it is back to buying new , once they were out they get capped. He just re-petes that and never has a problem.

For some reason boss man will not buy a MACK for his lowboy tractor. He says macks are only good for dumptrucks. We fight about it all the time.

Im in the grantie 65% of the time. The rest of the time im in the 379 moving dozers and all the other junk we got.

To the 1st video you posted. I guess i would stick it in the low hole and use the trolley brake and 2 foot the clutch and the gas. But of course i would try not to stop to begin with. Once i got started i would not even try to shift. Just ride it out in low gear. To the 2nd video i think a stick shift could do just as good as a auto in that video. ( i said i think don't do much driving in pea gravel so i wouldn't know)

I know alot of dump trucks in my area are going auto. I think there may be more autos sitting on dealer lots then sticks. I have driven an auto 1 time and i got to say it was nice. But it does suck the fuel down. The only time i wish i had an auto is when I'm under a milling machine. Other then that i will stick with my 8LL.

I have been looking for a good mack truck site and now i found it. I drive a 2006 Mack grantie tri/axle dump. Im a very big mack fan. Time to get posting.
