    So I had the truck in the shop the other day mechanic hooked the computer bro it the computer shows no power boring to the egr valve. Where do the wires off the valve go to? And is their a common spot on the harness where they rub or break?

    How long are the Venturi tubes when I cleaned it before I put the new pressure sensor on the holes were plugged solid I cleaned them out and was able to force a bore brush down into the tiny holes does that go right into the egr pipe or do these run along side it?

    I recently replaced my egr pressure sensor when i removed the sensor both holes were almost plugged solid I cleaned out the holes and used a very small round bore brush how long are the ports? Do they just go into the large portion of the venturri or do they run the length of the of it?

    I cleaned it when I had it off submerged it in egr system cleaner over night and rinsed it really good. It’s not over heating and seems to have plenty of of power

    Ok so today I finally had time to change the egr pressure sensor I cleaned the ports on the Venturi I think lol my question is do the ports just go into the big portion of the Venturi or do they run the length of it I had a real small round wire brush and I scrubbed the ports with sea foam throttle body cleaner and put a new sensor on. The 1 port seamed very plug very small hole until I got it all cleaned out.

    Hi guys it was the hot pipe leaking guess the clamp didn’t quite seat. I worked the truck today and it worked great all day then to night just before I parked it engine light came on and have the p0403 code again what else should I do I need to do looking at?

    What are the exhaust manifold torque specs 35 lbs?

    Is their anyway of testing it? With my truck running and my hand on it I can’t feel anything blowing out around both ends of the pipe

    I just got my truck back together today we had to relate the the valve and the manifold broke bolts off getting egr off. The truck is back together and it sounds like a giant vacuum cleaner any thoughts on what it might be? It sounds fine for about a minute and then it makes like a high pitch vacuum noise I can’t find any leaks anywhere. I dont have a scan tool what kind of things would I see if the vgt turbo is stuck?

    Anyone have any success with aftermarket egr valves my local dealer wants $3000 just for the part

    Hi gouts I have 2016 pinnacle with an mp8 it’s just started throwing a Po403 code egr A control circuit open . What does this code mean will it shut me down and leave me stranded or can I continue my run and get it looked after when I get home.

    So an update started running Riselone Crystal clean in my def system and so far so good I’ve gone a week so far without a manual regen and or engine light and def consumption has gone down

    Get a nut that just fits the hole and with a bolt screws to it fit it into the hole use the bolt as a handle then weld the nut

    Is their away to actually test the scr box since their dosent appear to be any sensors in it?

    Yes the shop I use the guy only uses Mack parts.

    Trucks a 2016 I’m assuming it’s the original I’ve had the truck for 5 years I’ve never touched it

    Hi guys I have 2016 cxu613 I’m getting codes daily for my scr and nox sensor codes. I’m getting P0eb and p0225e I have replace both nox sensors I get about 2 weeks out of them then they start throwing nox sensor codes and I get these codes now twice a day what’s causing it? What else should I be looking at? The gauges run where they should egt never goes over 650 coolant temp never goes over 200 usually sits at 180 unless I get into a hard pull.

    Even if you do a delete tune you still need to knock the guys out of the doc nd the dpf or it will plug solid and choke the engine out. What were the issues with the emulators?

    I ended up having to replace the bottle the float was stuck
