    Hi guys it was the hot pipe leaking guess the clamp didn’t quite seat. I worked the truck today and it worked great all day then to night just before I parked it engine light came on and have the p0403 code again what else should I do I need to do looking at?

    What are the exhaust manifold torque specs 35 lbs?

    Is their anyway of testing it? With my truck running and my hand on it I can’t feel anything blowing out around both ends of the pipe

    I just got my truck back together today we had to relate the the valve and the manifold broke bolts off getting egr off. The truck is back together and it sounds like a giant vacuum cleaner any thoughts on what it might be? It sounds fine for about a minute and then it makes like a high pitch vacuum noise I can’t find any leaks anywhere. I dont have a scan tool what kind of things would I see if the vgt turbo is stuck?

    Anyone have any success with aftermarket egr valves my local dealer wants $3000 just for the part

    Yes it derated i abandoned the load guess im looking at an egr valve

    Hi gouts I have 2016 pinnacle with an mp8 it’s just started throwing a Po403 code egr A control circuit open . What does this code mean will it shut me down and leave me stranded or can I continue my run and get it looked after when I get home.

    So an update started running Riselone Crystal clean in my def system and so far so good I’ve gone a week so far without a manual regen and or engine light and def consumption has gone down

    Get a nut that just fits the hole and with a bolt screws to it fit it into the hole use the bolt as a handle then weld the nut

    Is their away to actually test the scr box since their dosent appear to be any sensors in it?

    Yes the shop I use the guy only uses Mack parts.

    Trucks a 2016 I’m assuming it’s the original I’ve had the truck for 5 years I’ve never touched it

    Hi guys I have 2016 cxu613 I’m getting codes daily for my scr and nox sensor codes. I’m getting P0eb and p0225e I have replace both nox sensors I get about 2 weeks out of them then they start throwing nox sensor codes and I get these codes now twice a day what’s causing it? What else should I be looking at? The gauges run where they should egt never goes over 650 coolant temp never goes over 200 usually sits at 180 unless I get into a hard pull.

    Even if you do a delete tune you still need to knock the guys out of the doc nd the dpf or it will plug solid and choke the engine out. What were the issues with the emulators?

    I ended up having to replace the bottle the float was stuck

    Hi guys I have a 2016 pinnacle I’m having issues with the coolant level system. Truck is saying coolant level low and derated mean while the bottle is full the bottle & sensor are both only about a year old. I’ve traced the wiring and don’t see any breaks in the wiring. Is their a way of bypassing-it ?I tried with a paper clip across the pins and no luck.

    The spring shop has the lowers no uppers I don’t get how they get away with making these trucks and no parts to fix them

    The part number for the bushing is 22700131 says multi purpose bushing

    I agree with you there I bought the druck used if I was to order another 1 wouldn’t have this suspension and probably not a Mack this truck has been expensive to keep on the road but I guess all these new emissions trucks are the same

    I’m in Canada apparently nobody makes the parts after market apparently it’s not a common suspension either and nobody stocks anything

    If theirs any Volvo techs they call it a Volvo twin blade air suspension and I can find even less on it

    Better picture of it I can get the Lowe’s but the uppers are 3 weeks out
