    So an update started running Riselone Crystal clean in my def system and so far so good I’ve gone a week so far without a manual regen and or engine light and def consumption has gone down

    Get a nut that just fits the hole and with a bolt screws to it fit it into the hole use the bolt as a handle then weld the nut

    Yes the shop I use the guy only uses Mack parts.

    Trucks a 2016 I’m assuming it’s the original I’ve had the truck for 5 years I’ve never touched it

    Hi guys I have 2016 cxu613 I’m getting codes daily for my scr and nox sensor codes. I’m getting P0eb and p0225e I have replace both nox sensors I get about 2 weeks out of them then they start throwing nox sensor codes and I get these codes now twice a day what’s causing it? What else should I be looking at? The gauges run where they should egt never goes over 650 coolant temp never goes over 200 usually sits at 180 unless I get into a hard pull.

    Even if you do a delete tune you still need to knock the guys out of the doc nd the dpf or it will plug solid and choke the engine out. What were the issues with the emulators?

    I ended up having to replace the bottle the float was stuck

    Hi guys I have a 2016 pinnacle I’m having issues with the coolant level system. Truck is saying coolant level low and derated mean while the bottle is full the bottle & sensor are both only about a year old. I’ve traced the wiring and don’t see any breaks in the wiring. Is their a way of bypassing-it ?I tried with a paper clip across the pins and no luck.

    The spring shop has the lowers no uppers I don’t get how they get away with making these trucks and no parts to fix them

    The part number for the bushing is 22700131 says multi purpose bushing

    I agree with you there I bought the druck used if I was to order another 1 wouldn’t have this suspension and probably not a Mack this truck has been expensive to keep on the road but I guess all these new emissions trucks are the same

    I’m in Canada apparently nobody makes the parts after market apparently it’s not a common suspension either and nobody stocks anything

    If theirs any Volvo techs they call it a Volvo twin blade air suspension and I can find even less on it

    Better picture of it I can get the Lowe’s but the uppers are 3 weeks out

    Hi guys I have 2016 pinnacle with a twin y suspension it needs new bushings anyone know where I can purchase them my dealer says theirs none available and no idea when they could have them. The suspension shop the truck is at claim nobody after market makes them and I’ve been looking myself and that seems to be true

    I couldn’t get it a part i cleaned up the spline the best I could and hammered the arm on it wasn’t pretty but it works lol

    Hi guys I have a 2016 cxu 613 pinnacle I had the drivers side wiper arm blow off going down the road. the splines are worn out on the wiper arm stud, how do I go about replacing the stud i can’t figure out how to get to the wiper arm linkages?

    Ok I just got my truck back it turned out to be a combination of problems changed the sensor on both diffs plus broken wires.

    They’re Mack axles it’s strange that it says they’re engaged I’m an owner operator no one drives this truck but me and I don’t ever use them.

    Hi guys I have 2016 mack pinnacle with Mack axles. This morning while doing my circle check I notice my axle lock is stuck on theirs a light on the that says fr axle lock when I hit the axle lock switch nothing happens, when I start driving a message comes up on the display saying inter axle. All the wiring is attached to both axle housings I don’t see anything broken or rotted off what should I be looking for? How do the axle locks and inter axle work on Mack axles.
