    I haven't either. I replaced it with straight shaft. Had to make a bracket for the carrier bearing but it seems to be doing fine.

    spicer brownlipe gearbox. Serial#124 719. S/m# 300010. Model#5831. 55-15-59. Came out of a 77 ford f500 390 engine 5speed 2speed axle.
