    I am sure it is possible, units that are sold to the military are not required to have emissions equipment if they are going over seas. However being able to get the proper ECU programing package here in the states is probably not going to be possible

    The dealer can copy the data file from the good, and transfer it to the used one. If the used one is no good it will not help
  3. Random999
    Go to the dealer and have them hook up a laptop to confirm that your software package is at least step 12 B or higher. If not have them reflash your ECM with updated software.
