  1. Ok I've had enough of this motor in my 2004 CH613. I'm not putting anymore money in it. I was looking at trucks for sale this evening and I ran across a 2007 CH with a ISX Cummins. So the more I got to lookin I found more macks with the isx cummins. Does anyone know where I can find the wiring harness that goes from Mack to Cummins.

  2. Ok thanks Jerry, I did the one piece tank but still running the 16psi cap. I will grab a 10psi this afternoon and give it a shot. Honestly I'm to the point of thinking about pulling the motor and dropping a early 90's Mechanical motor back in it.

  3. Lol yeah I understand I'm not to far from Atlanta and Spent to much time in those pubs myself. I just replaced the Y looking hose going to the oil cooler and mine didn't have a screen in it. I pressure checked the coolant system and found a few cold water leaks, once I fixed those the system didn't leak down. I just installed a new cap and going to pull some water out of the tank.

  4. Get one thing fixed and something else happens. 2004 CH started pushing coolant again. Had this problem 3 or 4 months ago and ended up being EGR cooler was cracked. So I did a pressure test on the cooler and it was good. I moved on and replaced radiator cap, still doing it. I capped off coolant lines going to air compressor and it's still building pressure. You can remove the cap off the tank and throttle the engine up and it will push the coolant out of the tank. I have replaced the 2 piece tank to the one solid tank. This truck is going to be the death of me.

  5. That's guys for all the input. Find the problem it ended up being the peanuts in the front drive. Placed them with new bearings and the sound went away. 👍🏻 Seems like I get one thing fixed and it's something else. Smh truck just started pushing coolant.

  6. At 1250 rpm it's showing 68 and it calls for 50-80 psi. Truck has gotten weak over the last couple of months. It's got new turbo, intercooler, injectors and Mack has checked the Egr valve and said it's work fine. I'm clueless and tired of throwing money at it.

  7. Just installed a new rear head on my AC 427. Got it all put back together and was running overhead and had a problem on #4 Jake adjustment, with the screw backed all the way out I could not get my feeler gauge in between actuating pin and the piston. I had no problem with the others. Any help would great. Thanks
