Thought of some kind of promotional item but it seems awfully well made for just a display piece. I have one hanging on the wall and used the other to customize the cell phone holder I made for the 2015 Mack. -
After 38 years I'm not about to make any changes.

Found a pair of these at a truck show probably 25 years ago. Assumed they were hood badges but have never seen them on any pictures of trucks. Both dogs face to the right. They measure approx. 3.5 by 3.5 inches and have two threaded mounting holes on the back. Solid and heavy for size. Any ideas?? Bus? Fire Truck?

I saved these pics from the e-bay listing because my B-42 started out it's life as a fuel oil delivery truck in 1956 before the previous owner modified it to a dump truck. There is also a you-tube video. Search Mack B-42 Mobil oil fuel truck and it will come up. -
