I haven’t driven mine in 3 years now, we tend to forget these trucks are 60 years or better in age.....scary!! Thank goodness no one got hurt.

With the exception of the "Vanguard" range that are built in Japan by a Joint Venture. The rest of the Briggs & Sh#tten range are throw away rubbish.. !! ( IMHO)
Honda & Kohler produce a far superior Product, (Again in My Opinion
I’m still running mostly Honda & Kohler but just purchased a new 37 horsepower Vanguard. I’m happy with the performance so far.

Let's face it guys, today's technology is great.. Charge a guy a high price to drop off his stumps, put them in your tub grinder, add dye and presto-that will be 35 bucks please for your your mulch
You mean 50 bucks, there telling customers it’s a natural product.

I did the same thing, it seems the less snow we get the more damage we do when we’re plowing.

I remember buying our first F350 pickup in 1980 at Wilmington Ford in Mass and they had several of these Ford LTL’s in their lot for sale. They were and still are really good looking trucks.

That’s a good question, I’m now teaching my son how to shift my Mack RD with the 18 speed transmission. He’s still a couple of years from getting his license but very old school like us and really appreciates the older equipment.

Thank youTS7 for the compliments, I still have 1973 F- 250 with 360 gas engine. Just love the old fords, I wish I still had my 1977 highboy but the salt and rust did that one in.

Beautiful trucks hope they find caring homes, wishing them all the best in their retirement.

The problem we face is a fully loaded truck with a trailer and machine even the 6.7 is working hard on hills and stop & go traffic. We are still running 20 year old power stroke diesels with over a hundred thousand miles when are gas engine’s died years ago.

9 1/2 foot v blade, Sorry didn’t mean to step on anyone’s toes just mine and several people I know opinions. By the way my F 550s carry 15 yards of debris all day long, I currently run 16 diesel’s and 2 gas trucks I love my power strokes!

Also depends on if you're plowing, hauling a trailer etc. A friend of mine opted for the gas because of the cost difference and is not happy and wished he had bought the diesel.

Love the black and blue color combination, makes the trucks really stand out!

Sorry to hear of your loss, this is definitely one of the hardest things to have go through! It’s been almost 3 years since I lost my father and I think of him every day my condolences.
