. I second this.......rather spend couple dollars more for the good stuff...nothing like piece of mind.......my two cent......bobby j.At the minimum you need a coolant approved for use in a Diesel engine. Although you have "dry sleeves", I would be hesitant about using a "standard" automotive (gasoline engine only) coolant. Just my 2 cents.
A friend recommended Peak Final Charge Extended Life Coolant (red).
50/50 mix of most coolants will protect to -34F (-36C).

Years ago at Overnite the pyrometers on our fmodels had three parts only....... The gauge on dash, the wiring harness and the probe that screwed into the turbo header pipe......the harness goes straight from gauge to probe there is two small machine screws and nuts to hook it together and if I remember correctly there is a heat shrink made onto the probe once you hook it up to keep elements out of connections......bobby j.

I sure do like the way the people in the north east take pride in their ride with all the pin striping and artwork not loaded down with chrome, bold paint jobs that way you can see the trucks for what they really are........when I'm able to travel I sure want to go up north for some site seeing during show season as I don't see that much down here........bobby j.
