We have a 1998 and 1999 CH613 on our farm and would like something newer. With the DEF on the MP series, will we have less reliability because of the complexity? Would a low mileage 2007 model be more trouble free?

1999 CH613 has 80psi fuel pressure at the filter and cranks fast but won't start without ether. There are 4 Power Relays on the left side of the panel in front of the passenger seat. The top relay clicks while cranking the motor. The relays all have 9823310 printed on them. Does anyone know what the top relay feeds?

It has 80psi at the filter while cranking but won't start. Ether it and it fires and runs all day. Sometimes it will start the first thing in the morning but shut it off and it won't start without ether forthe rest of the day. The starter is cranking it plenty fast. My guess is it is not being told to inject fuel during the starting process. It is the gray engine and we switched computers with a 1998 E7 and the 1999 computer will start the 1998 but not vice-versa.
