Im not a truck mechanic (just a driver),but i have spun alot of wrenches on cars, and in my experience turbos should spin really easy. not saying that is the problem, but i dont think its a good thing.

I have been hanging around here for a bit now, and am gratefull for the info i have found this far. I am a roll off operator from southern ontario running a 2011 GU813 with a 24.5 ft universal handling equipment roll off hoist. Our small fleet includes my truck and a 1988 mack ru-something with a capital disposal equipment 26 ft roll off frame. looking forward to trying to contribute
