Brites keeps their trucks looking good. Glad your posting again PeterMack, this thread was slow without you!
Ha, thanks. Been an extremely busy summer. I've been taking pictures and people send pictures to me all the time but I haven't had much time to post. Scott, the guy that used to drive the grey R model for Brites is in a T800 now. He said the new guy in the R-model beats the shit out of it and he said that is probably the cleanest that truck will ever be. Sounds like it will get run into the ground. Sad

Yea every body any more wants cookie cutter p o s trucks
I don't think they want cookie cutter trucks, that's the only option anyone gets nowadays from all manufacturers. They are selling what they want to sell or what the government mandates them to sell not what the customer wants. Def and re-gen wouldn't be a thing if it were up to the customer. All these new trucks are plastic junk throwaways. 10 year lifespan, use them up and throw em in the trash.

The tin work looks pretty solid from the pictures. Are the floors solid? Anyway, enjoy it. Good to see another 815 on here!!
Greg
I haven't been on here much lately either. I moved shortly after I bought the truck. I started tearing into it pretty good at first but it's been put on the back burner at the moment while I get the new place straightened away. New place has a barn and both B's are sitting side by side waiting for me to get back to them. The truck is pretty solid. Floors have a few issues but aren't terrible. Plan is to make it mechanically sound but keep it mostly original otherwise.
