I am sorry for your loss. I am glad you got to spend time with him in the old truck hobby. You will never forget those days.

Congrats on the new little guy.

I have a cam I use on my Harley. It saves every five minutes. So it only has short five minute clips. That is good when you want to pick out the part you want.

Welcome. These are a bunch of good guys in here and will get you going in the right direction.

That is a nice looking tractor. My 1946 JD B would start on gas and change over to tractor fuel. I had it bored out 45 and putting in high compression pistons so it will only run on gas. We are almost ready to put it back together. I am looking forward to that. Our tractor club has several events coming up so I need to get it running.

I hauled logs with an old Mack with the 237 with a 5 speed. 60 mph was it. I was not in the hills so it was not to bad to drive. You could not shift out of 5th gear until 45 mph on a hill.

I am glad they are going to restore the old gal. I love trains from steam to the modern iron. I always go to the train section in a hobby store. I would love to have a nice HO scale setup.

I hope everything goes good. I know how it is to have open heart. I had a mechanical valve put in when I was 52.

I have AC and heat in my garage and shop. It makes it nice when I am working on my John Deere B or cleaning my Harley. I love it.

I don't think it would make any difference which side you connect to pos if there are no indicators. This valve may be used on other applications where it may be isolated from any ground. I worked as an electrician offshore for years and have run into this before.

It looks like 12 volt to me.

I like all these trucks but those B Model trucks are fine.

Someone has welded all over the frame. After the project is over he may sell parts from it or the other truck. He has not said if he will or not.

To me it would have to be the B model.
