It makes sense when the state decides to reclaim because the are using the same materials over again and they save money in the long run. We will mill all the black top off then run it through a screening plant. The reclaimer will come and reclaim and also put in dry cement to help bind the road. Vib roll and grade and vib then put down 4 to 6 inches of cold milled material then 2 of binder top and 2 of finished top.

They should do it. The asphalt ain't worth shit anymore since they took all the good stuff out of it. Your lucky if you get a couple of years out of a road.

I remember heading back to the GW in Jeresy and the win rows were so bad you could let go of the wheel and make it up to the the bridge.
