01 Mack ch613 e7 427, lighting bolt on dash give me a code of 3-4-engine position sensor so I changed and it didn't help. Started surging in high range when I had accelerated all the way to the floor if u let up a little it was fine. After a few days if driving it totally went I to a derate mode where my power has been cut way back. Please help.

I have put a new fuel pump on it,front cover on motor, new dampner and the cam gear and crank gear look to be in good shape. Also fixed manafold leak.
