Rd688s throttle linkage conversion

I bought a 1993 rd688s that originally had an E7-vmack engine in it. The guy I bought it from, had a mechanic put a 1995 E7-350 mechanical engine in it. My question is what trucks came with a mechanical throttle assembly so that I can find a pedal and linkage to get this truck converted over.
