I am replacing the steering colum in my 2015 mack pinnacle,  I have everything apart and ready to take out but I can't get the steering wheel off ?

I have a puller but it's not moving,  soaked it with pb blaster, tapped on the bottom gently and nothing ???

 

Is there a trick to it ????
