Mack Granite 2005 Solenoid Valve Problem

Hey, I have a Mack Granite 2005 which is giving me a code that says 000000743, 8 SPN, engine 1 Retarder Unable Solenoid Valve Abnormal Frequency. I am wondering if the ABS is the problem or what else can be causing this issue? Thanks for the help I greatly appreciate it
