klein Posted September 4, 2019 Share Posted September 4, 2019 Working on a volvo d12 the problem is while driving in low gears it shakes then loses power the gas pedal quits working and eventually idles down to where the engine shuts off. If you shift into 6th gear before it slows down it will still drive but no power in the gas pedal. Found no codes active codes, no broken or rubbing wires only found a stored code for the EGR solenoid wasnt sure if the egr could cause a problem like this.
