Hi everyone. I am a mechanic for a small business that uses Mack trucks. The current issue I have is with a 2015 pinnacle. It comes up on the display with "DPF system fault DPF system service required. The only fault code I can get is P24F700 undefined. What is the problem?

Hope you have it fixed by now, if not and you see this, please answer back and I will check the code. If what I think it is, it has to do with the dosing system of your def fluid,but since I’m curious now, will look code up tomorrow and try to put and answer back in, sorry I’m not a computer and I can’t remember all of the code numbers since they keep changing 

And you thought only NASA had rocket scientist!!!!
