thammer58309 Posted July 24, 2015 Share Posted July 24, 2015 I have been having troubles with my wastegate. my turbo boost normally runs 27 to 32 but my lighting bolt comes on and my boost will not go over 20 psi.I can shut the truck off and restart it and its works fine. it will reset itself after a while. my local mack dealer installed a new piece on the turbo with a new hose to my intake . they pressure tested my air to air and said it was ok. the air to air was replaced last year with a new one. I have been dealing with this for over a year and get charged every time they try something. today they said the new part was sticking and cleaned it and I got 5 miles away and the same thing happened. I hop someone can help me. I love my truck but its at my mack dealer too much and it is driving me to the poor house.
