Pulling a long bridge beam...FAIL..!

These pics are west bound I-24 Monteagle MT. in TN, on the down hill side. This banked curve has taken its' toll on several long, top-heavy loads. I personally have worked two bridge beam failures with my cranes and this large propane tank with my 120 ton a year ago. The dolly on this tank is similar to the dolly in the video. You can see the dolly on top..it's supposed to be on the bottom..!! The pivoting bolster on a lowboy was ripped entirely from the trailer which saved the truck from turning over with it. When we got this rolled back upright, they refilled the pony motor with fuel and oil, started on down the mountain. We all held our breath as the left side wheels actually came completely off the pavement almost turned over again..!! The dolly operator quickly steered the tail left, which put the tank and tractor in "skew" angle that let it settle back.
