1999 ch613 intake air temp sensor

Replaced air intake temp sensor 2 weeks ago. Then malfunction light came back on and now my truck will shutdown every now and then for no apparent reason. Levels are all good and the only code is 2-3 for the air sensor. Any suggestion.
