Timothy B Demarco Posted March 22, 2010 Share Posted March 22, 2010 On my 1995 CH 613 with a 300 Mack motor in has hard time firing. I put on all new filters and was wondering if a drain back valve could be bad. The motor has a Primary and a Secondary fuel filter the Primary fuel filter sounds empty and the Secondary sounds full.
