I am especially interested in diagnostic software for Mack trucks, can anyone point me in the right direction? I have visited the official Mack website in search for diagnostics and it redirected me to the Premium Tech Tool software web site. Has anyone used this software before and is it beneficial to me?

I just registered today and I wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I am 27 years old and I live in Lake Placid, Florida. I have recently been assigned the duty of servicing and maintaining my company's fleet of Macks and one Freightliner. Altogether we have 9 trucks that range from 1987 to 2010; I can't give the engine specs at this time. I have looked through the forum and it seems like there is a lot of experience and knowledge here. I can't wait to pick your brains!
