  1. i have a 1996 ch600 with a e7 427 about 18000hrs and 800 ooo km when the truck is warm it seems to have a noticable miss not when pulling but when i let it idle around 1200 all the war up to 1800 rpm seems a little short on power than what it was a month ago, also seems to run a little warm 210 215 just about redline on temp guage and pyro is 900 it will hit 950 if i keep my foot in it, new air filter and new coolant also new fuel filters not to sure what else to check any help would be nice thanks

  2. The clips going into the valve covers are good and I tried different relays and they all do the same thing. If I jump a wire from a hot 12 volt to the panel where the relay is it just sparks indicating a dead short right? But I wouldn't think the wire going to the jake on the valve covers is thick enough to cause this much power loss. Could I have a ground problem?

  3. When i let my foot off the gas to let the jake kick in I have a dead short somewhere I have ruled out it being the jake solonoids is there any other place where it could be rubbed through? And also when the jake is on my volt meter drops to about 13 volts from 14. Any help would be appreceated

  4. Funny thing went down to start the truck and see if i fixed the problem and it wouldn't start I have fuel to the pump just not coming outta the injection lines. Could this be the plug that goes into the pump or computer issue if I check it with a test light g is the only one with power and it's not constant it's on off on off I'm thinking this could be the reason I have a miss at high rpm?

  5. i have a 2006 mack vision with a 480 motor 18 speed eaton and it seems not to have enough jam as it should we are on turbo #5 and was wondering if the 480 has a reputation for blowing turbos or is there something else wrong also is there anything i can do at home to make more power
