  1. I have a pup trailer that I will be pulling behind my dump truck. What is the best way to plump the hydros? I believe that i need to install a diverter between the pump and the cylinder for the truck bed. I would like a 12 volt were i can use the same controls in the cab to lift the truck bed or the pup bed. Does anyone have experience in proper way to plumb? What is the best diverter for the money to get? Where do you buy the diverter? As always all help is greatly appriciated.
  2. thanks for the info The truck is back to running great. It had broken spring in the return line and had trash in the tank.
  3. i have have a 86 r model with a 300 engine. The engine always had a surging issue and recently has gotten worse. It also losses power on a extended hard pull. I believe the supply fuel pump may be getting weak. It has Pai 3597 on the pump. Are there rebuild kits availiable for this pump? i heard that it is somewhat common for these engines to surge. I bled the fuel system buy pumping air into the fuel tank with the feed line to the injection pump off. It pushed fuel backwards out of the injection pump as well as pushing it out the feed line. I think it shouldnt have pushed fuel out the injection pump but not sure. Thanks in advance for any help on this problem Andy
