  1. Spoke with northwest 10 years ago talked specs on their junk and all I got out of them was (eeeeeee oooooooo aaaaaaaaaaa duh aaaaa well I think you know E7's Jim)

Hate to tell you you can buy those big 20 to 30% tips right from Robert Bosch for allot less because they are a stock

    off the shelf part

No its not the same but mine dynoed only 477 to the ground and will run side by side with a 550

    why doesn't yours

I think I got a bridge in New York I like to sell you

lolll, you can hate! (high flow injector 20%)is not my problem! i just want tell you,i never has problem with northwest! maybe your have bad luck with them!

i never change the tips on my injector, i buy another high flow injector!

i spoke the cat 550 is not same motor, the big block, ,the E-7 is smaller block! is very different!

cat 550 has power stock! and is very easy up 700 hp ++ (/www.pittsburghpower.com/)

the mine is dynoed 494 hp with all mod!the northwest injector is good!

    dynoed ( meca-tech)

    2 cents!

  2. Please don't talk horsepower numbers unless it's been put on a dyno

450 plus horsepower you should be pulling side by side with a 550 Cat not 460 Mack

Just say you are happy with it don't miss lead us

dynoed by northwest mack performance!! leader for modded mack truck in canada!!

    i have the choice injector 20 or 30% i buy the 20%!!!

and e-tech 460 dynoed with big size injector+high flow turbo,565 hp 2050 lbs torque!

and 550 cat is 15 L and motor E-7 only 11.9 L,is not same thing!

cat C-12 and E-7 motor is same thing! same cylinder liter or CC

  3. Well I've run a Blixxton on my 94 E-7 350hp for about a year now with no problems and I just love it. I leave it on the 30% setting and still get 6.3 to 7.3 MPG. I can easily hang with our 99 460hp E-tech in the hills, even gaining a truck length or two! Not bad for an otherwise stock 350. Doing the math, 30% added to a 350 is about 455hp, so their claim is pretty darn close. Pyrometer has gone up 50 deg.F, nothing serious, I've only had to back out of it once because of exhaust temps. I can also say throttle response has improved greatly at low RPMs. 30+ psi at the manifold from 1200RPM on up really wakes up the E-7. I do get a puff of black smoke after each shift. Talked to Alex and he said the new program no longer waits for boost signal before applying fuel. Guess that explains the smoke, and better throttle response. :D

    Jeff

same thing for me! put the injector big sizes injector on my 400 e-tech (injector 20%)=480 hp +my blackbox.. yes ! in hill, my turbo psi hit 35 psi, my pyrometer has gone up 100 deg F (450,500f) full load and big hill 1 milles ,full open throlle, and even puff of black smoke each shif(only eaton 8LL), i just love it ,driven my truck!!,the best mod is the box little blixxton!!i smoke easy e-tech 460 .

  4. I found 5140MX and 5140M3X but no 5140M2X . The two I did find were for 325-350 HP VMAC engines. Boost pressures for these engines were any where from min 15psi to max 28psi.

how much psi a turbo for e-tech 460-490???

    my e-tech 400 has 32 psi

  5. okay, i sell around 20 blackbox!

why you said the black box burn motor! B.S

the black box increase the fuel injector by iat sensor only! iat sensor will increase flow diesel !!

add around 3% to 10 % ,, i have dynoed 427 v-mac2 ,450hp! if same think if you increase fuel by screw pump fuel around 3-7%!!

if you think burn you motor with the blackbox ,you are idiot!

    no need pyrometer!!

i run with big sizes injector with black box! on my e-tech 400

no problem! .. add 100 hp with this combo!!!

the mod wil gave 3-7% hp &torque ,

if you want more ,you need re-flash computer or big size injector$$$$$ 1000$$$++++

ask only 50$ for the black box!!

and more black smoke low rpm!!!

  6. hi,good news for all user mack truck with systeme V-MAC III,

you can re-flash the computer!! and add 50 hp to 150 hp!!

  7. when the computer control de PSI turbo,if the computer has not sensor for boost turbo?

because ,the cummins truck 5.9, he has a turbo sensor+wastegate sensor... we can cheats with resistor ect... stock boost 32 psi after cheats 48 psi!!!!

i just want cheats my turbo on my truck mack, because i put the big size injector! stock i have 30 psi around (400 E-7 v-mac3),

i don't have no idea where located my turbo sensor on my E tec motor!!

,yes me english is not my first language!

    thank !

  8. Ya black box it very bad for engine i no use it, burn up engine if not use pryometer but use pryometer you be ok. glenn

I use the black box around one years! my EGT up around 75 F ??

:WELCOME: Why say you a burn up engine :WELCOME: ?? you a nerver use them?you can you without EGT? i not very bad for engine! is not the very bigger modication? the blackbox no give 100 HP ...only 10-20HP MAX...

i use the bigger modication :thumb: 100HP :thumb: with my high flow injecteur! i use my head :thumb: ! and my is not burn up engine ?

  9. That box you got there is the fastest was short of draining the coolant out of a engine that i know of to burn up some pistons because you are advanceing the timeing too much to kept the exhaust cool. glenn

I never burn up piston? the blackbox give no advance timming , only keep same timming like engine run cool! is not engine gaz? :SMOKIE-LFT:

i use them around one years! and more ,i put the high flows injector 90 HP!! i nerver burn piston! i use EGT!

  10. First(i try my english)

(for only mack 1998 to 2006 V-mac3) because ,no mack blixxton for this years!only blixmack 1993-1997 ...(My black box is for only mack 1998 to 2006 V-mac3)

...Very easy... th black box install on intake air manifold and other sensor prestone (for always run with good timming more prestone warn up more timming décrease)...I cheap computer, because a put the good OHM for the computer thinks the prestone and air ambiant is very cold! air very cold =little more fuel!little more fuel = HP...little bit again fuel economie.....

    give around 5 to 7%HP 5 to 7% torque...around 10 -20 hp MAX...

AsK 75$ for only intake air manifold, and 25$ for sensor prestone, i use around one year on my truck! no problem!

i have paypal or money order

  11. I'VE INSTALLED SUPERFLOW INJECTORS IN MY 2000 V-MAC III, 400. BIG DIFFERENCE. THEY CLAIM 70 HP AND I BELIEVE IT BUT I AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH WATER TEMPS. ON A HARD LONG PULL PYROMETER IS AT 1050, AND WATER IS TRIPPING LIMP MODE. THERE'S 240,000 MILES ON THE TRUCK, I PULLED THE RADIATOR OUT AND CLEANED ALL THE COOLERS, IT HELPED A LITTLE BUT NOT ENOUGH. MAYBE I'LL TRY A BIGGER RADIATOR CORE, ANY THOUGHTS? I LOVE THE POWER!!!!!!!!

where you buy the superflow injectors? Northwest say me 90 hp to 100 hp!
