    Figured it out...need to remove the fuel filter and mounting bracket. That allows a straight shot with ratchet extensions.

    Hi all...I have a '96 Mack CS200P (Midliner) that has a bad starter. I'm trying to remove it but can't reach one of the mounting bolt. I can see the bolt from the bottom but there's not enough room to turn a wrench. The top view is blocked by the solenoid. Does any one have suggestions for removing the starter? Thx
