I have 2 Mack Dump Trucks at Lynchburg, VA 24504 that i am trying to move to Baltimore port. One is a 1982 and the other is 1985 According to the dealer, the truck are 25ft Long, 10.5ft tall and 8ft wide. Not certain of the weight but i think its about 25-30k lbs You will either need a TWIC card to get into the port or you will need an escort. Trucks are fully paid for and ready to go. Hi Guys, I am not a pro when it comes to Mack. I will like to know what year did Mack start installing 4 valve / cylinder engines in the R models. Any physical attribute to know a 4 valve engine from a 2 valve engine? Also, what year did the electronic fuel management began on these engines? Thanks a lot.

Hello Guys, I am somewhat new to this forum and to Mack Trucks in general.My question is that: Do Mack trucks generally comes with Detroit or Cummins engines from the factory? I am talking of trucks from 1970 - 1995. I have seem some advertised with engines other than Mack engines. Are they installed afterwards by owners as a replacement or is it an option from the factory? Thanks for your help.
