Is the old trick I heard about true? If you have a stuck valve you take and dump transmission fluid down the carb while the motor is running to unstick it?

I also called about this truck ,was gonna bid ,,but then I seen a bunch of people run it up at the end and it was a lil outta my range ,and boy that chief likes to talk ,great guy to talk to,and Al thanks for the compliment on my R , took it to pump primers in Harrisburg and got first place for fastest water with it

Thanks, it's been in sea isle city it's whole life until April when we got it on govdeals, only 11000 miles on it ,and they told me it's really never been out of sea isle except for when they would take it to the parade in wildwood once in awhile,it was a rarely seen truck , I've had a few people tell me that they have been going to sea isle all of their lives and never seen it,since I've gotten I have taken it all over the place , woodstown muster, cooper river muster , mack show at gerharts and the muster in York , pa,runs fine ,but I guess since they ran it around in floods when it was in service the rear brakes like to hang up ,this winters project is to pull them off and check them out

Wow!!! but then, it's probably a lot nicer than my cement mixer-i'll sell that for only $43,000.
special deal for BMT members-a mere $33,000.
there was a b75 at the steffy collection auction in lititz pa about a month or so ago and it sold for 15000,,,it was in pretty decent shape,im assuming that this truck was completely taken apart and redone to bring 53000,,that or there were 2 hard headed bidders
-
According to a post on the ATHS forum, the B-75 brought $53,000.No mention of the B-61 as of yet.
5300?,,,or 53000? if it was 53000, i would have never expected that,,,thanx for the info

i was wondering how much the b75 and b61 brought at the l&h trucking auction on nov19
