Hello, I have a 70's Mack DM with 5 Inch wide leaf springs on the rear. Well, I broke a U-Bolt, and I am having a hard time getting the new one in place, because the wide springs are too close to the frame. Any tricks to doing this? Or do I have to drop the whole unit down to get the bolt on. The newer 4 Inch springs let you just drop the bolt on. Thank you.
