  1. Hey there, If the oil seal is blown in the turbo, it could very well be pushing oil out, back into the intake. Pull the breather plumping off at the intake side of the turbo and see if you have oil there. If you don't, then its probably the air compressor, like the early poster said.

  2. I'm looking for a H-60 or H-61 to purchase for restoration. The condition doesn't matter. I would be interested in anything from a complete truck to just a complete cab. I am located in Virginia, put would be willing to have it trucked it home, if one can be had.

  3. It's a real shame that you so-called truck collectors would rather let this truck sit out and rot, instead of letting it go for a decent price to someone who might actually do something with it. It seems some of you people are more worried about bending someone over on the price to make a buck, then actually preserving this wonderful piece of history. If I knew this truck would end up in this situation, I would have bought it a few years back, when it was offered for sale at $5000.00. At least it would be inside instead of rotting away in a field. Just my opinion

  5. Hey there, just traded an R-608F pumper with a freind of mine. I had it 4 years. The 707c ran very well. I still have the original owners manual to the truck. If you get the truck I would be happy to provide you with a copy. My truck came from Scottsburg, Indiana orginally. If you need any help feel free to call me at 804-640-8425. Good Luck, Keith.
