  1. 2400 miles one way !!!
  2. TJ, I inquired about shipping, and i would have too much in it (total cost $2,200.00 incl. eng.), but if the 47 is at a deal i cant refuse.....
  3. This is the current condition of my 47 EE project. The rebuilt EN271 is out and we are in the process of checking the fit of a big block Ford. It is the same truck that’s in my thumbnail photo taken a few years ago. I have managed to acquire all the new rubber cab seals and many are installed. I have a painless harness as well.

That engine and trans are on a pallet and probably weigh around 900. I believe the clutch is new and the trans was gone through.
Louisiana is a fair distance from the middle of Washington!

That said, all the cab rubber body parts had to come from Massachusetts and it took over 3 grand for all the window, door, cowel, fender and more pieces to get everything. I found some parts back east but they are not cheap.

  4. TJ, do you still have the 48 EE parts truck? My EE or EF ?? (no id tag), only the engine block # , indicates it's an EN271 4 speed. It's very rough with rust, but maybe the 2 can make one?

Looking for a grill for a 1948 EE, or EF
  6. I live in Louisiana, I have a 1948 EE and I want it . Just not sure it's worth the shipping, I'll have to look into that.
  7. Does anyone have a picture of the original dash fan that goes in the E model macks? I still have the mount with a ball and stem but no fan, knowing what an original looks like would help in my search.
  8. If anyone has a pic of the original dash fan that goes in that era mack, I'd sure like to see it
  9. Thank you , I look forward to getting ole green jeans on the road
  10. Thanks for the tip, I'll try and get a few pics up,
