  1. Can anyone tell me which pin in the ecm plug works the turbo actuator, don’t think my actuator is getting the right voltage not getting 12 volts when key is switched on.
  2. Should it be on the bottom like it is now or should I move it to the top that’s the way it was when I bought the truck, but I have seen some that was on the top didn’t know if it made a difference
  3. Does it matter if this cut off valve is on the bottom or should it be on the top of T valve.
  4. Got it I’ll check it out first thing in the morning thanks.
  5. Should there be any voltage from the manifold temp sensor plug when key is switched on just replaced sensor and there’s no voltage when key is on or with truck running
  6. Haven’t taken tube off yet but will check it when I do
  7. So you have to buy the x over tube with sensors installed
  8. Can I just replace the two egr temp sensors or do I have to buy the metal tube and sensors as one unit
  9. Which one would be the boost sensor
  10. You talking about the small electrical plug on egr valve
  11. Yes took the line off and blew air through the actuator and it went all the way and came back that’s working fine ,no air coming out line when you switch truck on until you crank engine up then there’s plenty coming out it pushes actuator rod all the way out when you crank engine it’s just not cycling when you switch truck on ,I have noticed when I’m loaded and pulling hard on engine when I let off accelerator it makes a loud hissing sound but can’t tell where it’s coming from
  12. Joey Mack when you crank the truck up it opens all the way up it just don’t move when you switch the key to on position
  13. Joey Mack the wires look good I guess I’ll get the celenoid for it,that might be why it’s so sluggish and no boost when I’m taking off loaded.
  14. Joey Mack, yes line is clear , don’t want to have to buy that celenoid but I don’t see what else it could be I mean that’s what controls the turbo actuator
  15. Joey Mack no air at all until you crank the engine then you have plenty coming out, don’t know if I need to try and mess with that celenoid filter or not that’s a hunk of gold, the truck runs fine just has no boost when you starting from a dead stop.
  16. Joey Mack I’ve taken little filter off and has good air coming out and check all lines going to it ,that celenoid with filter that the small line runs to can you clean it out or not
  17. Yeah mine is not cycling when you turn key on with good air pressure, there is no air coming out of air line to actuator until you crank engine
  18. Hello, does the turbo actuator on a 2006 Mack aset supposed to cycle when you turn the key to on position or does it have to have a certain amount of air pressure to cycle, mine is not moving when I turn the key on.
  19. I have a 2006 Mack vision with the 355/380 aset engine, just wondering if I replace the turbo and injectors with the 427/460 ,would my ecu have to be reprogrammed or would it work like it is ,just trying to get a little more hp.
  20. 2006 Mack vision with aset engine ,have a 2-8 code cegr sensor ,are those the two sensors in the crossover tube and do you replace them as one unit since they tie together in the back of em or do you splice the wire.
  21. Oil pressure gets down to 18 at idle and around 38 at 60 mph but once you get it rolling it makes good boost
