We are restoring our Mack Engine back to running condition. It has not been on the road since 2019. We have gotten the coils rebuilt and are onto the next issues please see below for our issues and we appreciate your input and help. The goal is to have it driving and pumping this year for the antique Fire Engine rally.
1. HydroVAC brake booster needs rebuild/ replacement. We believe that we have a Bendix Hydro vac 374229. By the measurements we can take.
2. new rims and tires. We have found tires that work but no one in our area will service the split rims that we have. So we are looking for help in finding rims that will be serviceable for the future.
3. Oil filter, it has the sock style filter. does anyone have a lead to buy new or a good cartridge that we can put into the oil filter housing?
