I am a researcher of the history of road freight transport in Brazil, where until 1956 we had many American trucks, which were predominant here.

  1. Great friends. There are 3 of these trucks in Brazil, here they say it's an N32 model, year 1978. It was imported to Argentina for the construction of Itaipu and in 2006, acquired by a Brazilian company. Today, all 3 belong to collectors. Does anyone have any idea what engine it originally used (today it has an adapted Volvo), it is known that it was 500hp!

  2. In Brazil you can find Mack trucks in hundreds, since 1929. There are some that are preserved, in the old photo, the PERFEX, which was the largest in indivisible loads around here!
  3. Goodnight. Does anyone in the group have any power data for the EN405 and EN605 engines?
  4. I'm a researcher of Brazilian road freight transport, survey since 1897, about everything related. About the imported MACK trucks, the most successful were the DM800, more than a hundred came to Brazil, the last one was an Anthem. For my process to be completed, I need to know the engine and respective power of the trucks: 1928 - MODEL AB 1932 - MODEL BG And the powers of the END 405 and END 605 engines, once completed, I will post the list here. There is a DM 800, fully restored in a Brazilian museum.
