Binary is on top of receiver drier. high pressure is green and on the high side steel line. Pretty sure two different switches. Gonna check it out tomorrow for sure. My driver takes the truck home with him

appreciate the advise jojo

will try the binary switch and see what's going on with it. someone else suggested high pressure sensor/switch could cause it to do this.

Does everyone's fan run when truck is at 100 degrees ??
-
It is robbing my horse power and causing seriously bad fuel economy.
-
I changed green high pressure switch but didn't help.
-
fan on non stop all day is not normal ?? turn A/C off and the fan goes off
-
don't think fan should kick on until temp is over 180 degrees
-
coolant fan runs full time with A/C turned on
-
Changed green high pressure switch on A/C line. Sadly didn't fix my problem.

Everything went well. Snap ring was missing on forward side of shaft, and end plug was out and stuck to the front wall of rear box. A shout out to everyone who gave me advise. Much appreciated.

I removed the top radiator hose, air charge hoses and support brackets and leaned the radiator forward and still did not have enough room to remove the fan. The A/C lines where pulled tight once I removed them I could lean the radiator forward enough to barely get it out. Dumb setup !! I appreciate the response for help.
