  1. There is no fuel coming from that line, what could be the problem?
  2. Does much fuel come out of that line mate?
  3. Gday The fuel return comes out under number 4 eup. There is a big line going back to the fuel tank, then there is a 1/4” line come from the front head going back down to the bigger return line. what does this 1/4” line do and is fuel meant to be coming out of it or does it push fuel back up into the head? thanks
  4. Thanks mate, I put a new lift pump on it aswell. On the return fuel side of things, the big hose goes back to the tank. the 1/4” hose goes up to the front head, is it also a return or does the return from the block pump fuel up to the head?
  5. Thanks for your help mate
  6. Ok thanks a lot mate, I’ll have a look at that. Would the regulater be buggered do you think? And could this be the reason it’s blowing a bit of smoke at idle?
  7. I just had front cover off to replace camshaft, didn’t see that one. What does the plug do? yes that’s correct, where abouts is the pressure regulator?
  8. Hi Firstly Does a old 470 etech usually run a little rough at idle? secondly, changed injectors and o rings, EUP o rings all replaced but engine is still putting fuel into the oil. any ideas or thoughts would be very helpful. thanks
  9. Problem fixed, ended up being a brake booster. Thanks for all your help!
  10. It’s a big leak, if I don’t step on the foot pedal it’ll leak all air out of the system
  11. Nope, it’s been all fine until today
  12. I replaced the dash valve 6 months ago, surely it’s not buggered. I can’t work out why when I push in the foot pedal the valve stops leaking?
  13. I’ve replaced the valve and it’s still doing it mate. I can’t work it out
  14. gday guys will here 1998 mack trident, i have full air and push my yellow button in and it leakes out of the exhaust part of the rear valve that services the rear boosters. i push the brake peddle in and the leak goes away and air builds up to normal again. i have pulled the service linesof each booster and no air is coming out when maxis are released so boosters are good. any idea where i should start looking now? thankyou will
