I’m having somewhat of the same problem hoping someone can help. 2013 CXU613. Air conditioner blows warm to hot when idling, going down the road it’ll freeze you out. Have had system vacuumed & recharged, expansion valve replaced, disconnected fan engine harness and it kicks in fine and sounds strong. I did notice that while trying to figure it out at idle sometimes fan will kick in but sounds weak or kick in for a split second and that’s it. At one point it kicked in a couple times then seemed to quit kicking in at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
