No thanks god ive heard they have Como problems but not yet had an issue with the coolant leave sensor which I thought was the Comp turned out to be the censor itself &$170 dollar fix

Hello everyone , i am for ever looking for help and chat in the regards to the Mack Quantum in Sydney Australia so I thought I’d start up the blog in regards to looking after and up keep of these trucks . I have a quantum ea7 470 18 auto Eaton clutched shift converted into a 10 wheeler tipping Boggie . agains most drivers opinions I bought it cause I liked it and so far love it only thing is there isn’t enough Info out there for issues and part locators etc Anyone else around the world with quantum specific experience your input would be great and all the haters just keep walking only constructive criticism will be taken on board

hi everyone , i drive a 2004 quantum and yes it needs a bit of up keep but it’s a ea7 470 with a 18 speed road ranger Eaton assisted auto the drive is great and plenty of spare tourqe very economical I get 3.2 km - 1 Ltr on most day s and witgba bit of spanner works on a regular basis Iam very happy with my old girl black Mack
