Hello, does this thing work?

I have an 05 CX jumped in it one morning and the Speedo only read at half of my actual speed according to GPS, no lights. I've replaced the speed sensor and even the dash cluster from another truck checked yoke and tone ring all tight and still the same 50% speed reading. Checked all wiring from tranny to VECM and ABS comp. can not find any abnormalities. The day before the Speedo worked just fine. Cruise works as long as I'm at 35mph or higher witch makes sense cause I knew the cruise would set at 35 before. Not sure what to do next. Are there relays for the Speedo somewhere I'm not finding. We also have a 96 CH that does the same thing.

Speaking of Speedo problems, I have 04 Mack, one day Speedo worked next day only works at 50%. New speed sensor, checked tone ring and yoke tight and clean even swapped dash cluster from another truck still only works at exactly 50%. Cruise works as long as I get over 35 so 70+mph. Don't have much hair left too pull out. LOL!
