Mine is the gas 331 I know the water pump neck is longer on the 237 but why dose the balancer have to be changed. clearance issues? -

I have a 65 b model I wanna put a 237 with the 5 speed behind it has anyone els done this and what’s the best way to go about it

Hi I have a 1965 b30 with the flat head gas I was wondering if anyway here has any advice on how to swap a 237 with a 5 speed I would like to know if there’s any major issues or fabrication that will have to be done. Thank you
