Thanks Mack T. (That was too easy!) I guess i pictured using a screwdriver to pry it off but i didn't want to break it.

Anyone know of a heavy duty replacement spring for this application? (A hard look will almost trigger it:) Also, what is the best way to remove horn button from steering wheel? Thank You, Mark P
