  1. bolt heads broke off. two times in one week. we replaced the nozzle the second time around thinking it may have had a restriction creating hydrolock. we have had no problems since.
  2. Engine shoved injector unit pump out of the block, broke bolts and all. Unit pump was replaced. Roughly two days later, same issue occurred. Due to the suspicion that the injector nozzle may have clogged or malfunctioned, we have reinstalled the unit pump, ALONG with a known functional injector nozzle on the specified cylinder. Is it possible that if the nozzle does not release the extreme fuel pressure, knowing it has to go somewhere, could've been enough to shove the unit pump right out of the block? Has anyone encountered this issue before, and what are opinions on how we have attempted to resolve this issue? Note that we have not yet ran a test drive to see if issue was resolved, but any info/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
