Yes Injectors checked, new injector cups, I am located in Kansas city, would I need to take this in to mack or some where else to get it tuned properly?

Hello, this is my first post I hope I'm putting this in the right area. I have a 1997 mack ch613 e427 with a 18 speed and 3.86 gears Vin 070097 I have had this truck for almost 3 years and it gets the job done but just has lack of power I'm used to I have to shift alot We have just did a head job,head gasket, water pump,oil cooler ,all new fuel lines, new exhaust. I was hoping it would of helped but it did not. Any help would be appreciated Thanks wayne
