I have a 2005 CX 613 Vision with an AC460P that I've had 9 years and it seems to always run hot. There is a screen the size of a baby bottle inside the radiator hose where it connects to the oil cooler. The additive in the water filter has a tendency to collect on this wire screen and set up like a calcium deposit. Mine is running hot right now & I am going to check this first. I found out about this because the guy I bought this truck from had put in a can of Bars-leak and guess where it all collected ! That's when I found out how much EGR coolers cost because it overheated & warped the EGR cooler
