Yes it does have fuel in it. But the radiator coolant level is indeed low but I didn't want to top it up since this is my first time. I will sure do this first thing tomorrow because it's late over here and I can't get a radiator coolant anywhere. Thanks for your help I really hope this works out and help me.

Please I need help. My 2004 Mack Ch613 is Starting but it won't stay idle before it shuts off. I have called all kinds of mechanic but they can't figure it out because we don't run this type of truck much in my country Nigeria. I just bought the vehicle from commercial truck in USA and have it shipped in here. It ran fine coming from port of entry until the day it arrive the farm when it came up with this fault of Starting and won't Run Idle at all before it shuts off immediately. I will be glad if you can advice me on what to check.
